With a Thai-inspired marinade and tangy coriander and spring onion sauce to dab on top, these oven-burnished chicken thighs are sweet, salty and jam packed with flavour. Serve with the coconut rice!

What’s better than fluffy Jasmine rice? Fluffy steamed Jasmine rice - the perfect partner for the baked chicken.

CONGEE WITH TEA EGGS
A postpartum classic from the iconic First Forty Days cookbook, congee is a prescribed in Chinese medicine anytime the speen chi - the energy that’s thought to help digesation and production of blood - need to be replenished. “It is a food of rebirth; its simplicity and clean taste feel so comforting in a weary or recovering body.”
CALMING HOT CHOCOLATE
