HOW TO MAKE THEM:
You need: 3 eggs + ½ cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper
Tip dry ingredients from the packet into a bowl
Crack eggs into the mix and add melted coconut oil
Mix well to combine
Form 12 cookies and put them evenly on the baking tray
Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden - don’t overcook them! They’re ready when they’ve gone from shiny to matte and the bottoms are golden.
