As a postpartum doula, I’ve made it my mission to create the most delicious lactation cookie around--and now I’m bringing it to you in a bake-at-home packet mix. The only thing between you and warm, chewy biccies is 15 minutes and a hot oven (and possibly a baby nap trapping you--so please, have someone else make these for you!)

Organic. Dairy free. And ready in 15 minutes.

Simply pour your packet mix into a bowl, add three eggs and half a cup of melted coconut oil, mix, roll and pop in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Voila!

These dense and delicious cookies are the perfect nutrient-loaded snack for any time of day. With healthy fats from coconut, protein from chia seeds and magnesium-rich dark chocolate from Peru, this cookie is functional *and* delicious.

Goji berries are a prized post-partum superfood in Chinese tradition—they’re thought to get your reproductive system back to its best—and I’ve added three ingredients thought to support plentiful breastmilk production: brewer’s yeast (loaded with Vitamin B), flaxseeds (hello, fibre!) and oats (a great low-GI energy source).

I challenge you to stop at one (don’t bother, it’s almost impossible).

These cookies are DAIRY FREE (unless you choose to make them with butter, in which case you do you, boo).

Each mix makes approximately 12-16 cookies.
